Another great look at our Pro training sessions. A lot of guys were MIA but we still trained hard for over 1 hour. Hopefully this thursday we will have a bigger crowd, a couple guys are in Brazil and some are resting and healing their body’s for 2011. Another year has almost passed us by, but we conquered a lot of titles and victories this years. Let’s keep training hard and getting better….

Team Popovitch goes live in the Advanced Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class taught by the man himself, ” Master Popovitch”. The technique of the day was back choke and reverse triangle variations from the back. This video includes incredible sparring sessions between blue, purple, brown and 4 Team Popovitch black Belts.
